Up to 50 participants from upper management
Pre-program assessment - we interview all participants, including a company-wide survey to gather data on the state of gender relations in the organization
One and a half-day workshops including case studies from the interviews, role-playing, tools, and commitments for leading change.

Participants are selected based on commitment and ability to train others

Individual coaching and critiques
